Regine Tolentino introduces her third daughter Baby Rosie Rignée to her Instagram followers this Thursday, April 9.

Over the weekend, Regine surprised showbiz fans when she revealed that she gave birth to a baby girl on March 17, 2020, two days after the community quarantine took effect.
BABY ROSIE'S FIRST 10 DAYS
Regine has also created an Instagram account for Baby Rosie, and has chronicled her first 10 days at the hospital.
Rosie was born with "a fever of 39.9 and pneumonia."
The newborn initially had difficulty breathing.
One of Rosie/Regine's Instagram posts read: "I was extubated on March 22, after 6 days of having those tubes down my throat to help me breathe. I was brave during those days that I was alone because the hospital only allowed my parents to visit me from 5-8pm."
Rosie's breathing improved a week later, which was a good sign according to the team of doctors and nurses looking after her.
But she had to undergo "more tests," vaccinations, and a Lumbar Puncture procedure, which is "a medical test that involves collecting a small sample of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) for examination."
According to KidsHealth.org, the Lumbar Puncture is done to see if a child has meningitis.
Thankfully, Rosie "conquered all the hurdles needed to become healthy and strong."
Rosie is Regine's daughter with current partner Dondi Narciso, a director and photographer at Happy House Manila, a video production house.
Regine has two older daughters with former husband Lander Vera Perez: (L-R) Reigen and Reigne.
