Erwan Heussaff is a hands-on dad to his newborn baby, Dahlia Amélie.
He gave a glimpse of his activities with wife Anne Curtis and their daughter in an Instagram post last Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
The family is currently staying at their home in Melbourne, Australia.
In an interview with Kean Cipriano and Matteo Guidicelli during the live stream program One Voice Pilipinas last Saturday, April 5, Erwan said the COVID-19 pandemic has given him more quality time with his daughter.
Erwan told Matteo and Kean, "I think for us, it's been, you know, it's a crazy situation that absolutely everyone is in right now.
"But, you know, and I feel like everyone should try to look for silver linings and be grateful for some things that you do have.
"For me, I would never have had the opportunity to spend this much time with my newborn daughter.
"If everything is back to normal, then I would have to go back to work, and I wouldn't be able to see her grow."
Erwan cherishes every moment he gets to spend with Baby Dahlia since the baby is growing up fast right before his eyes.
"It's been amazing to just be a full-time dad, which is something I never thought I'd be able to experience, to be at home every day, and I'd see her change every day."
Meanwhile, Erwan also commended his wife Anne for being an "amazing" mom.
He said, "Anne is doing like such an amazing job and it's just amazing."
Anne and Erwan welcomed Baby Dahlia Amélie on March 2. They also commemorated their daughter's first month with an Instagram post on April 3.
For the very first time, Anne shared a photo of their daughter showing the side view of her face.
She wrote, "Yesterday, we celebrated her 1st month of life. We love you our little Dahlia Amélie [flower emojis]. Hoping this brings a smile to your face today."
One Voice Pilipinas is a live streaming program on YouTube organized by Matteo Guidicelli, O/C Records, and the Philippine Army.
The program aims to raise funds for the food packs that feed underprivileged families whose means of livelihood have been gravely affected by the enhanced community quarantine.
