Ryza Cenon uploaded her pregnancy photos on Instagram alongside her pregnancy announcement hours ago today, July 1.
And they are awesome!
She captioned her latest shoot, "Kung dati sa pictorial sasabihan ako ng stomach in. Ngayon bilang di pa ganun daw kalaki, pinapa stomach out ako para daw halata na."
Ryza teamed up with photographer Niko Villegas, hairstylist Micke Arcano, stylists Ryuji Shiomitsu and Paul Sese for the shoot.
Meanwhile, Ryza did her own make-up.
She went for an "oppa-themed" maternity shoot, an idea she got from her followers on Instagram.
Oppa, which means "older brother" in South Korea, is often used as a term of endearment for a boyfriend.
In an interview with Ryza through e-mail, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) asked if she had an "oppa" in mind as an inspiration for the shoot.
The Starstruck alumna answered, "Wala naman basta ang peg ng team oppa para bumagay din sa hair ko."
Ryza did only three to four layouts because, she explained, "Mabilis na ko mapagod."
Nonetheless, the Viva star was just happy to be in front of the camera again.
She said, "Masaya naman yung experience ko. Ginawa namin yung shoot noong June 29. Kasi target talaga ng announcement po July 1.
"Then tinawagan ko yung team siyempre sa QC area para di mahirap yung team ko.
"Si Niko saka ako naman lagi kami may fun shoot so nung nakita niya short hair ko nag shoot kami. Pati si Mycke and Ryuji."
The 32-year-old Kapamilya star and her non-showbiz boyfriend Miguel Antonio Cruz are expecting a baby boy.
