Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Mikee Agustin, 24, and Streetboys member Yexel Sebastian, 38, will be parents soon.
Mikee and Yexel made the announcement last Friday, September 25, through their social-media accounts.
In their YouTube vlog, Yexel says that they took their time to announce the pregnancy, explaining, "Hindi kasi ganun kadali sa amin na ilabas agad-agad.
"Kaya kung napapansin niyo, kada live namin, lagi siyang naka-black."
Mikee interjects, "Saka yung pursige natin sa pagbebenta ngayong quarantine kasi magkaka-baby na kami."
Yexel adds, "Nagbebenta kami kasi nga magkakaroon na kami ng baby so talagang nag-ipon kami ng pera."
The vlog also shows the two of them pulling a "pregnancy prank" on Yexel's fellow Streetboys member and good friend Vhong Navarro.
A footage shows Mikee stuffing her belly with clothes to look pregnant, but it turns out, the former GirlTrends member is actually pregnant.
In their vlog, the young couple also looks back on their seven-year relationship.
Their caption on the video reads,"7 taong relasyon... pagmamahalan ... sopresahan... travel... thrill... kulitan... sa pighati at saya... ilang birthdays na magkasama... Mga wish sa bawat isa...
"Mula sa unang short film... mula sa unang halik... at ngayon ay nagbunga na..."
More than anything, Yexel says he is excited and feels blessed to have a kid of his own to share and play his massive toy collection with.
He says, "Ako po ay na-e-excite kasi alam niyo naman po marami akong laruan... siya na yung maglalaro ng ating mga toys. May tagapagmana na."
The dancer leaves a message to their fans, "Bagong chapter ito ng aming buhay, so sana kasama namin kayo sa panibagong yugto kasama ng aming baby."
Yexel then posts a challenge to their Instagram followers and YouTube subscribers: the fan who can guess the gender of the baby and give a winning name suggestion will get PHP10,000.
