The Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin actress announced the happy news on her Instagram account on November 30, 2020.
Loren is on her fourth month of pregnancy, and is grateful to have her prayer answered.
The soon-to-be mother wrote in her caption: "I have been blessed to have carried this gift from God for 4 months now.
"My prayer as a mother is that I may be able to display His selfless, sacrificial & unconditional kind of love.
"Thank you Jesus for this reward."
Loren is married to model-entrepreneur Cris Lomotan.
The couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary on August 17, 2020.
