Anne Curtis is thrilled now that her daughter Dahlia Amélie and her father, James Ernest Curtis-Smith, have already met.
The mag-lolo's first meeting happened on Father’s Day, June 20, 2021.
The Kapamilya actress-host was able to capture the touching moment and uploaded the photo on her Instagram account.
Anne wrote in the caption, "She finally got to meet her grandad. [crying emoji]
"A year and a bit in the making but it finally happened.
"There’s a little bit of shyness but we’re getting there. This moment truly made my heart soooooo happy.
"Happy Father’s Day to our gentle giant. We love you so much! [heart emoji]"

It took a while before Anne was able to introduce her daughter to her dad.
In December 2019, Anne and her husband Erwan Heussaff flew to Australia, where the It's Showtime host spent her maternity leave.
She gave birth to Dahlia Amélie on March 2, 2020.
That same month, the Philippines was put under community quarantine, delaying the couple's plan to return due to flight restrictions.
Finally, in February 2021, the family of three arrived in the country.
