Isabel Oli is back to her pre-pregnancy figure a year after giving birth to her daughter Lilla Forest Prats.
On Saturday, July 17, 2021, Isabel went to a beach in Batangas with Baby Forest and the rest of their family including John Prats and their two other kids, Feather and Freedom.
Isabel and John went on a short vacation with their kids to celebrate Forest's first birthday.
The mother-and-daughter tandem had a bonding moment on the beach. Baby Forest wore her cute little watermelon-printed swimsuit.
Meanwhile, Isabel flaunted her flat tummy in her yellow two-piece bikini.
BABY FOREST'S FIRST BIRTHDAY
For her caption, Isabel penned a touching message for her youngest daughter.
She looked back on some of the challenges she encountered while giving birth to Baby Forest. It can be remembered that Isabel had to deliver Baby Forest without John by her side because he was at a lock-in taping for FPJ's Ang Probinsyano at that time.
Isabel wrote, "As your momma, you and your siblings birthdates are forever etched and engraved in my heart.
"However, yours was really quite unique and up til now, I still marvel how we were able to pull it through.
"It’s been a year since, but not a day goes by that I don’t thank God for guiding and protecting us that day.
"The days leading to your birth day were quite nerve-wracking to be honest.
"Giving birth to you during this pandemic was really challenging, my precious, but thank God we made it."
Towards the end of her post, Isabel shared her birthday wishes for her baby.
"So today, we celebrate that love-filled day. We reminisce God’s goodness and faithfulness and look forward to more days of God’s manifest presence in our family and in your life.
"We pray for nothing but for God to complete and achieve His purpose through you.
"Happy first birthday, our @forestprats [cake emoji]
"By God’s grace, I will always strive to be the best for you and your siblings. Love you forever [white heart emoji]"

Meanwhile, Kryz Uy, who is also a "pandemic mom," told Isabel, "High five pandemic mama [emojis]"
