Bettina Carlos has suffered a miscarriage.
On Tuesday, February 1, 2022, the 34-year-old actress uploaded side by side photos of her pregnancy test showing positive result and her ultrasound dated January 28, 2022.
The caption revealed, "We were pregnant and then no more."
Bettina also shared a message of hope to the moms who are going through the same kind of pain.
She wrote, "To all the mothers who have lost their children before they could even hold them, feel them, see them (in the flesh or ultrasound), may you too find peace in this: God’s purposes for the lives of our unborn children were fully fulfilled however long or short they were IN us.
"Their lives did not go to waste. And in the same way, YOU, if you are still breathing that means God’s purpose for you is not yet fulfilled-hence your very life and every breath."
She ended her post with a thankful note for the short time she and her husband Mikki Eduardo shared with their baby.
Bettina wrote, "Lord, You were so gracious in giving to us and You are still good even in taking away. Thank you for the fresh hope and new joy You gave us even for a very short while.
"Thank you for the assurance that one day, in heaven, we will see and be with our child. Thank you for what You give when You take away. What we gain from this loss. [heart emoji]"
The comments section of Bettinna's post was filled with comforting messages from her followers and celebrity friends.
Iya Villania, who is pregnant with her fourth child, told the host, "Aww betts… will keep you guys in my prayers [emoji] in His perfect time [emoji]"
Chynna Ortaleza also showed her support for Bettina and wrote, "Comforting hugs & love sent your way @bettinnacarlos.eduardo [emoji] I will pray for your family and your angel. [emoji]"
Rica Peralejo was saddened by the news and commented, "Sorry to hear this. [emoji]"
Danica Sotto-Pingris dropped a virtual hug, "Yakap Betts [emoji] stay strong [emoji]"
Former beauty queen Miriam Quiambao's message read, "I’m so sorry for your loss. [emoji] praying for comfort for the family. Big hug.[emoji]"

Bettinna and her husband Mikki Eduardo got married in December 2020.
Bettinna has an 11-year-old daughter named Gummy.
