Team Payaman's Junnie Boy Velasquez and Vien Iligan announced on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, that they are going to be a family of four.
Vien’s latest YouTube vlog documented how she first found out about her pregnancy using five pregnancy test kits, which all revealed, “Positive.”
In the video, she talked about her hunch that she may be pregnant because “delayed na ako ng mens” and “iba ang pakiramdam ko, lagi akong bad trip.”
After doing the first test, she whispered, "Kinakabahan ako, guys."
Seeing the result, Vien exclaimed, “Oh my god,” three times, before jumping with excitement while saying, “Thank you, thank you, Lord.”
She didn’t quite expect it.
“Nag-first try lang talaga kami kung makakabuo na kami ulit. Kasi dobleng pag-iingat talaga kami, as in nagamit talaga yung family planning naming dalawa ni Junjun [Junnie].
"Ang saya ko!”
Then Vien became a bit emotional, “Ang saya ko. Magkaka-kapatid na si baby. Hirap na hirap kami ni Junnie kapag iniiwan namin siya nang mag-isa. Apat na kami!”
Vien and Junnie have a three-year-old son named Mavi.
PRICELESS REACTIONS
Vien was supposed to share the good news to her husband after the ultrasound.
But in her excitement, she sent messages to many people. In the end, she decided to tell him about the pregnancy right away.
In the vlog’s description, she wrote (published as is), “Wala talaga ako balak sabihin kay junnie dahil gusto ko ma ULTRASOUND muna ako bago ko masabi sa kanya. Gusto ko ma SURPRISE asawa ko dahil gusto na din niya magkaanak kami ulit. Ngayon, dahil nakokonsensya na ako kasi dami niya plano gawin na activity and takot ako na baka may mangyare ng di niya alam ang sitwasyon ko. Kaya after namin mag activity, sinabi ko sa harap ni junnie at family niya.”
Putting the pregnancy test result in a box, Vien told Junnie, “Regalo ko. I am four weeks pregnant.”
She got a hug from Junnie, who later laughed, “Hindi pa kami naka-honeymoon, buntis na.”
The couple tied the knot on March 28, 2022.
How did their son Mavi take the news?
After showing him the sonogram and telling him that he’s going to be a kuya, the tot asked, “Naiiyak siya?”
Junnie said, “Hindi nag-i-sleep siya.”
He asked, “Mamaya na siya magising?”
Junnie replied, “Magigising siya after nine months.”
Vien asked, “Excited ka?”
The tot did a “gigil” reaction.
Content creator Viy Cortez, who is also pregnant, expressed her excitement that her baby boy will already have a playmate.
Viy’s partner Cong TV is the brother of Junnie.
