GMA-7 actress Winwyn Marquez is going through the motions every mom goes through after giving birth.
The Reina HispanoAmericana 2017 titleholder has had her postpartum check-up a week after she gave birth to Baby Luna.
In her Instagram post on Saturday, May 6, 2022, Winwyn gave her followers more updates about her recovery since giving birth, glad that her baby is healthy.
She wrote, "1 week postpartum checkup. My doctor checked my sutures dahil I was in a bit of pain (normal delivery ako) but nothing serious naman additional meds lang and hopefully mag-heal na agad.
"Luna also got checked and healthy baby siya [emoji]."
There have have been rough days, she said, but nothing serious to worry about.
Winwyn wrote, "I'm tired, no proper sleep, boobs are sore from breastfeeding, my body hurts, yung sugat masakit, deadma sa itsura, and adjusting uli sa madaming bagong bagay..."
Toward the end of her post, she thanked her non-showbiz partner who has been taking care of her every step of the way.
The Kapuso actress continued, "Thank God for Luna's daddy kasi he has been taking care of me while I take care of our baby.
"He makes sure maka-nap ako kahit konti and siya gagawa ng need gawin from palit diapers, hugas ng mga pang-pump and ibang bottles lalo na pag madaling araw, fixing our food, etc.. mini-make sure niya we have what we need lalo na sobrang nag-a-adjust ako sa lahat and nahihirapan nang konti.. [emoji]
"Kahit pagod kaming 2 makita lang namin si Luna na maayos, worth it lahat ng pagod!! ngiti at saya pa din ang kapalit. [emoji]

In a separate IG post last May 4, 2022, Wednesday, Winwyn upload her first photo with Baby Luna.
Her heart was obviously swelling as she wrote in the caption, "Things you are praying for will show up when you are most ready for them and happens in the most unexpected way.
"God's timing is indeed everything. HE gave me a love story better than I could ever dream of and an adorable baby girl to complete our little family.
"Thank you for coming into our lives Luna! having you and your dad in my life is the greatest gift of all.. [emoji]"
Winwyn also thanked everyone who sent them their congratulatory messages.
"Thank you for the well wishes for my baby girl and sa lahat na nag greet ng happy birthday sa akin. Sending you all virtual hugs. [emoji]"
Winwyn first confirmed her pregnancy last December 18, 2021. On New Year's Eve, December 31, 2021, Winwyn announced she was having a baby girl.
The former beauty queen, however, has been mum about the identity of her partner.
In a vlog on YouTube dated January 29, 2022, Winwyn's boyfriend clarified rumors about him having "sabit," and explained the reason why he chose to keep his identity private.
He said, “Just for the sake of clarifying, wala akong ibang anak. Wala rin akong ibang asawa o partner. There’s certain things lang na still nice to keep private."
