Former beauty queen Katarina Rodriguez is pregnant with her second child!
And she had a creative way of announcing the joyous news on social media.
In a series of Instagram posts on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, the former Miss World Philippines titleholder showed off her baby bump in a Britney Spears-inspired maternity shoot.
Katarina recreated scenes from Britney's "Oops!...I Did It Again" music video, which is also a pun on her having another baby.
In one of her photo shoot layouts, Katarina donned a red jumpsuit similar to Britney's vinyl catsuit in the said music video.
Katarina also bared her baby bump in an all-white OOTD, which also took reference from a scene in "Oops!...I Did It Again."
In the caption of her posts, Katarina revealed that #BabyBarbers2 is due in January 2023.
Katarina also tagged the creative team behind her maternity photo shoot that included her long-time partner, businessman Niño Barbers.
Gee Jocson prepared Katarina's outfits for the shoot, assisted by Jason Mago and Angelo Vasallo.
Katarina's glam team included Raffy So for make-up and Carlo Roblico for hair.
The photos were shot by fashion photographer Josh Tolentino.
Others involved in the project were creative director/production designer PJ Almera, art director Andrea Reyes, and illustrator Leven Sangalang.
Meanwhile, Katarina's besties filled her post with congratulatory messages.
MJ Lastimosa wrote, "Cute concept!! congratulations [emoji]"
Pia Wurtzbach commented, "Yesss mamiiii [heart emoji]"
Rachel Peters told Katarina, "AGHHH This is sooo good!!!! [emoji]"
