Dimples Romana and Solenn Heussaff both agreed that their moods and state of health can create an all-around feel-good effect on their families and households.
At the Quaker Health Check Caravan on February 5, 2023, celebrity moms Dimples and Solenn had other moms in the audience nodding their heads to their stories.

FEELING GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF
It started when Dimples first said her body size didn't matter to her, whether she was on its thicker or thinner spectrum.
"It doesn’t matter basta healthy ako," she declared. "But more importantly, it was feeling good about yourself.
"Like, you just know you’re taking good care about yourself and that really helped me a lot, that kind of mindset."

Solenn seconded, "Yeah, I think as moms, we tend to forget about ourselves because we’re too busy doing.
"You know, taking care of your child, your husband, di ba? That’s your other child.
"It’s very easy to forget about yourself. But of course, if you want your family to be in a well-being type of environment, you need to feel good about yourself.
"And you need to start with you; basically, prioritize yourself."

Dimples then advised that prioritizing oneself should also be paired with consistency:
"Sometimes kasi di ba parang in Tagalog, may tawag diyan yung parang ningas cogon.
"Like you just start and then after a while, when you feel like you’ve reached a certain weight, or a certain look, you’re already fine with it.
"But para sa akin kasi like losing weight or the extra weight, and taking care of your body should really be like already a lifestyle of yours."
MOMS AS MOOD SETTERS
Agreeing to Dimples "a hundred percent," Solenn explained explicitly, "You really need as moms to take care of yourselves.
"Holistically, emotionally, mentally, physically, and even spiritually. It all follows.
"As soon as you take that first step and say ‘Okay, today I’m gonna decide that I’m gonna take care of myself.
"'Not because I wanna just take care of myself but because I wanna be able to be healthy, to be in a good state of mind.'
"Kasi moms talaga are the ones who would dictate the mood of the family. Correct?"

Dimples elaborated further, citing Solenn's husband Nico Bolzico and hers, Boyet Ahmee, in her narrative.
She said, "Nobody wants a mom that’s not in a good mood because Lord knows, sa isang buong araw, baka nagsitakbuhan si Nico at si Boyet pagka bad mood yung mommy, di ba?
"So ako talaga, parang naisip ko ‘Ba’t ganun, parang when I don’t eat as much, the children also don’t eat as much?’
"'Tapos, napansin ko na parang if I eat unhealthy food, yun din sila."
