The expectant celebrity mom gives her Instagram followers a quick and funny update on May 9, 2023, as she enters 26 weeks into her pregnancy.

The video starts with Kris lip-synching the popular audio from The Hot Chick, "It's me, Jessica. I'm in here!" as she points to her growing baby bump.
Kris calling out to her pre-pregnancy self is a clever nod to the movie as it alludes to the character Jessica's predicament where she finds herself trapped in the body of a man and claims that her actual hot self is still there inside.
She writes in her caption: "Same fit but add another human [pregnant woman emoji] A little fun #26weeks bump update"

OBSERVATIONS
As she approaches the last week of her pregnancy's second trimester, the StarStruck Season 4 alumna takes her fans on a journey with her amusing remarks.

Firstly, she jokes that her "Baby is moving around like a gymnast" and that she "can barely see my vagina [covering eyes emoji] or anywhere beneath my belly" at this point.
On a more serious note, she observes that her linea nigra and the pink streaks in her belly are already more noticeable.
She also mentions the weirdest dreams she's been having, coupled with night sweats, pregnancy insomnia, anxiety, and worries.
All these, combined with the usual fatigue, get Kris to say that she's mostly walking around like a zombie.
"The list goes on...," she reveals.
However, amidst the list of discomforts that come with pregnancy, Kris feels incredibly blessed to go through this journey.
"So blessed to experience this and this baby girl is already filling our days with so much love and hope. Thanks for the outpouring of love y'all," she concludes.

Shortly after uploading the video, Kris takes to her IG stories to clarify that the post was for laughs only, and was never meant to decry the results of pregnancy.

Written over the story is: "My acting was so convincing that people didn't realize it was sarcastic and just a trending pregnant meme [shrug emoji]"
Supportive commenters find Kris's vulnerability and humor strike a chord with other pregnant women who can relate to the challenges she's facing.
