Jake Ejercito found himself in a state of nervous anticipation as he awaited his daughter Ellie Eigenmann's response to an irresistible offer he had presented to her.

The exchange began innocuously enough, with Jake asking Ellie, "Are you a fan of Taylor Swift's?"
Ellie replied with a simple "why," seemingly intrigued by his question.
He proceeded to send two consecutive messages, the first one informing Ellie, "She's going to Tokyo and Singapore," followed by the message, "You wanna see her live?"
It was at this point that Jake's nervousness started to set in.

Japan and Singapore happen to be two lone Asian stops for Taylor Swift's highly anticipated The Eras Tour in 2024.
While the screenshot ended with Jake's nonchalant offer, his social-media captions bore opposite emotions.
Jake jokingly stated on Facebook, "Biglang kinabahan yung ipon ko sa reply."
Meanwhile, on Instagram and Twitter, he captioned the screenshot with a touch of humor, saying, "My savings about to have a nervous breakdown."

Aware of the financial implications of his offer, Jake was naturally apprehensive, a predicament he hilariously shared with his followers.
It's no secret that tickets to the Pop icon's global stadium tour are notoriously expensive.
For Tokyo alone, prices range from JPY8,800 (PHP3,456) to JPY30,000 (PHP11,785), for regular seating.
VIP packages including exclusive merchandise, like tote bags, lanyards, and postcard sets, are sold at JPY52,800 (~PHP20,745) to a staggering JPY122,800 (~PHP48,248).
