Pauleen Luna, 34, is feeling all the happyjitters of being an expectant mom again.

After announcing that she and husband Vic Sotto, 69, are expecting their second child together during the National Dabarkads Day celebration of E.A.T. on July 29, 2023, the pregnancy updates have kept coming.
This time, it was an Instagram story of a short clip from her OB-GYN visit where she showed the ultrasound video of her second baby girl.
Uploaded on September 28, 2023, the simple yet heartfelt message read: "Hello, love."
Pauleen is about three months into her second pregnancy at this point.
GENDER REVEAL AND EARLY SCREENING
Just last August 7, 2023, the couple had another significant moment to cherish.
They expressed their gratitude to their family for hosting a baby shower.
Pauleen shared in an Instagram post, "God knows we've been praying for this for a long time, so thank you for celebrating with us!"

Some might wonder how they were able to determine the gender so early in the pregnancy.
To this, Pauleen said that they utilized Cordlife Philippines' advanced biotechnology known as NIPT or Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing.
The celebrity mom explained (published as is), "This screening test analyzes the risk of up to 142 genetic conditions, including the most common ones, like down syndrome edwards syndrome and patau syndrome.
"This is actually our second time to take this test, i also took it when i when i was pregnant with Tali, as per the recommendation of our dear OB GYNE.
"So basically, they extract blood from you and you get the results in 7-10 working days.
"And the fun part is that you actually have an option to know the gender as early as 10 weeks."
