The joyful welcome of celebrity couple Mickey Ablan and Janna Dominguez for the birth of their youngest child, Michael Zab Leon Ablan III. on October 7, 2023, was tinged with sorrow.
On October 9, 2023, Janna disclosed that the family welcomed baby Leon on the same day their eldest daughter, Yzabel Ablan, "joined Our Creator."

The revelation was accompanied by a photo of baby Leon alongside the coffin of Yzabel at her wake.

Yzabel's wake is being held at La Pieta Funeral Homes in Angeles City, Pampanga, and will continue until October 12, 2023.
Janna's previous posts shared the heartbreaking news of their loss hours before her labor until right after the birth of their first son.

Before the news of Yzabel's passing, Janna's account was flooded with warm congratulations on the newborn baby's arrival.
