Jesi Corcuera, StarStruck alumnus and proud trans man, proudly announces that he is expecting his first child.
On Saturday, October 5, 2024, Jesi took to social media to share the joyful news, affectionately calling the baby "Ninja."
Jesi shared photos from his maternity shoot, along with a caption that detailed his pregnancy journey.

In his touching post, Jesi confessed that crafting the caption was challenging, particularly because not everyone would understand his situation.
Ultimately, he shared that becoming a parent has been a lifelong dream.
He also revealed that his journey to parenthood involved in vitro fertilization, a process he started back in 2018.
In his own words, "Sa lahat ng gagawan ko ng caption, ito na yata yung pinakanahirapan ako. Alam ko mahihirapan din kayong intindihin kung paano ito nangyari.
"2018 nung simulan kong planuhing magkaroon ng anak.
"Pero that time, maraming struggles, lalo na financially and hindi rin naman biro ang gastos sa unang plano kong mag-IVF."
Jesi mentioned that it was his partner Cams and her children who made him realize just how much he wanted to become a parent himself.
This realization came as he embraced the role of a father figure to Cams' children, after they reconciled following a breakup during their six-year relationship.
Jesi wrote, "Hanggang sa bumalik sa buhay ko si Cams pati ang mga bata. Naisip kong parang sign na yata ito ni Lord sakin.
"Baka ito yung warm-up Niya para sakin kung paano ako magiging magulang soon. Sa pagtayo ko bilang tatay ng mga anak ni Cams, maraming naging realizations.
"Isa na dun yung baka may chance pa pala akong magkaroon ng sarili kong anak.
"Fast forward ngayong taon, di ko in-expect na mabubuo siya through my last option na ako ang magdadala pero sobrang thankful ako na pinagkaloob ito ng Diyos sa akin."
At the end of his post, Jesi asked everyone not to judge him, as his path to parenthood was difficult.
He also promised that his bond with Cams and her children will stay strong even after Baby Ninja arrives, because they are important to him.
Jesi expressed, "Hindi naging madali ang prosesong ito para sa akin kaya sana hindi niyo rin ganun kadaling husgahan kung anong nakikita niyo ngayon.
"Simple lang naman ang gusto ko, yung magkaroon ng matatawag kong sariling akin.
"Alam kong may mga anak akong inako kay Cams at walang mababago dun sa pagdating ni 'Ninja' (nickname ng baby ko Hahaha).
"Sa lahat ng desisyon ko sa buhay, malaki ang naging parte ng mga bata at ni Cams sa kung ano ako ngayon."
Jesi ended the post saying that he simply wants to share his story so others can also learn from his experience.
"Samahan niyo kami sa bagong journey ng buhay kong ito. At sana kapulutan ng aral at inspirasyon ng marami."
After posting his announcement, Jesi was flooded with congratulatory messages about his baby news. Among the first to offer congratulations was his fellow StarStruck alumnus, Dion Ignacio.
Jesi became known as a finalist on StarStruck: The Next Level (2006). He was in the same batch as Aljur Abrenica, Kris Bernal, and Paulo Avelino. He also participated as a housemate on Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7 (2016-2017).
