Trans man and StarStruck alumnus Jesi Corcuera joyfully welcomed his newborn.
On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, TV host Boy Abunda announced, through his GMA-7 talk show Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, that Jesi and his partner, Camille Corcuera, officially welcomed a baby girl.
Jesi confirmed the news with Boy, even sharing a photo of him hugging his newborn.
"We did an interview a couple of months ago with Jesi Corcuera at siya ay nagsilang na po ng baby girl," said Boy during the opening segment of his talk show.
He added, "Congratulations!"
Jesi also shared a video on his Instagram Stories, showing his baby girl beginning to feed from a bottle, although her face isn't revealed yet.
In the post, Jesi tagged Camille. He hasn't shared any additional details about their baby's birth, including her name.
In an earlier interview with Boy in October 2024, Jesi mentioned that he would be delivering via caesarean section due to a heart condition.
JESI CORCUERA'S PREGNANCY
On October 5, 2024, Jesi revealed on social media that he was pregnant with his first child.

During his appearance on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, Jesi discussed his pregnancy journey, sharing that he conceived through artificial insemination.

In another interview with Lhar Santiago for 24 Oras, Jesi disclosed that the sperm donor, a foreigner residing in the Philippines, helped him conceive. Jesi mentioned that he knows the domor and maintains contact with him.
Regarding the possibility of introducing his baby girl to her biological father, Jesi expressed that it's not a priority at the moment. He said he's currently focusing on nurturing his family with his partner.
He said, "Dun muna siguro. Pero kung kukuwestyunin niya in the future, willing naman akong ipakita sa kanya and i-explain sa kanya kung paano yung naging proseso, kasi mas maganda pa rin na alam niya."
