Motherhood can be overwhelming especially to first-time moms, but Nadine Samonte has nothing but joy in her heart.
She gave birth to Baby Heather Sloane on August 27, at the Manila Doctors Hospital.
After giving birth, her husband Richard Chua immediately posted their first family photo, and has since been peppering his Instagram account with snaps of their baby daughter.
Nadine's first post of Baby Heather was their family photo, too.
She captioned: "Say hi to baby Heather Sloane. Now we are complete! They are my life. Thank you so much Lord!"
The former Starstruck Avenger couldn't get enough of her baby's chubby cheeks, "Ahhhhhhh kagigil!! Mini you my love @rboy_chua"
Nadine also shared how her first few nights with Baby Heather went.
She wrote, "Buong gabi magkausap kami, so cute my baby Heather.
"Hindi naman ako nakatulog simula nung lumabas sya, haaaay baby, at hindi siya makatulog kapag wala sya sa dibdib ko."
But those sleepless nights weren't putting Nadine's spirits down.
Actually, even the time she was pregnant and had to take 53 tablets daily, the actress had been brimming with positivity.

Seeing her baby girl now is worth all the hardships she had been through.
"Ang sarap maging isang ina. Ang sarap ng feeling!"
The new mom said she's determined to breastfeed her baby girl.
Even if it's more painful than she anticipated, she will keep on trying because breastfeeding "is the only gift I can give to my daughter."
Nadine wrote, "Nagbre-breastfeeding din po ako kahit masakit na, pero sige pa din. Pipilitin ko, naumpisahan ko na. Kaya ko 'to.
"Thank you sa mga mommies na sinasabi na i-breastfeeding ko pa din siya kahit masakit. Malalagpasan ko daw, and I know I will.
"That's the only gift I can give to my daughter na hindi kayang ibigay ng iba.
"I love you so much, my Heather. You are God's greatest gift to us and I will always thank him.
"You are so precious my little one."
