Drew Arellano and Iya Villania have been posting photos of Baby Antonio Primo Villania Arellano, who was born on August 30, in The Medical City.
Daddy Drew immediately gave everyone a first look at his son.
Iya, who prepared for this special day like she would in a marathon, said in her interview with GMA's 24 Oras, "Sobrang sulit lahat ng paghihirap."

The name Antonio was in honor of Drew's late father Atty. Aga, while Primo was an Italian word for "firstborn."
As the couple bask in their newfound bliss, we now ask the question: Does Baby A look more like Mommy or Daddy?
PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) went through Drew and Iya's Instagram accounts, and looked for some throwback photos.
Guess what we found: the eight-year-old Iya (center) with her sisters Rhoda (left) and Sheila (right).
