Toni Gonzaga's advice to moms-to-be on postpartum depression: "Pagkatapos ninyong manganak, huwag kayong mapag-isa.

Weight gain and changes in physical appearance were not the only factors that triggered Toni Gonzaga's postpartum depression.

It may be recalled that when Toni guested on Magandang Buhay with her younger sister Alex, she made light of what was supposedly a difficult period in a new mom's life, thus, drawing flak from many netizens.

Here's how her banter with Alex went:

Toni: "Tignan mo yung katawan mo, pang-dalaga. Iyong akin, wala na, pang-nanay na."

Alex said: "Ang OA talaga.

May ganun pala talaga.”

Yes, she also found herself crying for no reason at all.

She related, “Lagi akong naiiyak kapag nasa CR ako.

“Kasi, meron siyang parang first few months niya, kapag naghihiwalay kami, nararamdaman niya, e.
