In seven weeks time, Camille Prats and hubby VJ Yambao will officially be proud parents to a baby girl.
With her blooming look, Camille gives the impression her pregnancy has been easy going.
But in reality, it is the exact opposite.
During her special baby shower and launch as the celebrity endorser for Sanosan, a German mom-and-baby skincare brand, she said, "Ang sabi naman nila, I look good daw, parang blooming daw.
"Hindi ko naman maintindihan kung saan nanggagaling yun kasi nahihirapan talaga ako."
The expectant mom revealed her struggles in the first trimester of her second pregnancy, "The first three months was really, really hard.
"Parang halos hindi na ako makatayo ng kama, halos hindi na ako makakakain, wala na lang akong gusto maamoy, it was really hard.
"As in yung amoy ng garlic, it was really bad.
"Pagpasok ko pa lang ng bahay, kapag naamoy ko na, masama na agad yung pakiramdam ko."
The Mars host also revealed her erratic sleeping hours.
"I would sleep the entire day which is so not normal for me kasi six to seven hours, I'm okay na.
"But this pregnancy, tulog na ako ng 7 p.m., gising ako ng 3 a.m. 'tapos matutulog nanaman ako, gigising ng 8, magbe-breakfast ako, 'tapos 10 a.m. tulog na naman ako hanggang 5 p.m.
"Wala na akong waking hours parang, 'What's wrong with me? Okay pa ba ako?'
"I could barely move out of bed, I could barely drink water, even water nilalabas ko, lahat ng kinakain ko nilalabas ko.
"That's entirely the three months 'tapos medyo pabalik-balik ako sa doctor kasi nga nade-dehydrate na rin ako."
"Sabi kasi nila sakin, after three months daw, it should pass.
"Naka-three months na, hirap na hirap pa din ako."
Good thing is, she has her husband and Nathan, her son with late husband Anthony Linsangan, during those challenging days.
"Nathan's always there to cheer me up," and with the help of her husband, "parang feeling ko na it's just a phase and I know na it's gonna pass by really quick."
Her family's support, she said, enables her to "take it one day at a time... it's not gonna be forever na ganun."
Meaning, "There were really days na I felt so down, natutulog na lang ako."
Fortunately, after the third painful month, "I started feeling my normal self again," the 32-year-old mommy said.
Also in the picture is VJ's first son Isaiah.
BABY SARAH? Camille also said a lot of people are suggesting that they name their daughter "Princess Sarah" or "Sarah" based on her 1995 film Sarah Ang Munting Prinsesa, in which she played the role of the eponymous heroine.
Husband and wife are undecided on this, "Hindi ko kasi ma-absorb na yun yung tawag ko sa anak ko kasi parang feeling ko, it was a brand that was given to me.
"People would always call me that... feeling ko kapag I call my daughter that, it is just so unreal. Para siyang joke para sa akin."
