The unusual but common way Chynna Ortaleza finds "me time"

Chynna Ortaleza is thankful her husband Kean Cipriano encourages her to have "me time."

Every working parent knows that every day, you get to put your time-management skills to test.

You're a career woman, a wife, and a mom.

Sometimes, 24 hours do not seem to be enough.

Hence, moms like Chynna Ortaleza can't help but feel this "mommy guilt."

Together with her fellow Kapuso mommies Yasmien Kurdi and LJ Reyes, she spoke to (Philippine Entertainment Portal) about the woes of a working mom.

"Ako kasi when I started working again, it was really such an issue for me. Akala ko separation anxiety lang, e.

"Hanggang ngayon, may separation anxiety pa rin ako.

"We really deal with 'mommy guilt' every time because we're working, and, at the same time, you feel like you're not being the best kind of mom to your kid."

But Chynna would like to think it is part of the deal.

The Mulawin vs. Ravena star intoned, "Feeling ko, it's just really a part of the package of being a working woman, and also being a mother.

"Don't be too hard on yourself…"

BATHROOM "ME TIMES." How does she reset or take a break?

Chynna's idea of "me time" is going to the bathroom.

The wife of Kean Cipriano told, "Seriously, yeah.

"Parang one time, we were asked that question, e. If we were guilty of the fact na masyado kaming nagtatagal sa CR.

"Guilty kaming lahat, kasi parang 'yon lang yung time—okay, mag-isa ka, lahat puwede mong gawin do'n!

"Magmumuni-muni, magdasal, mag-pamper…"

She is glad that Kean has been fully supportive of her various concepts of "me time."

"It's nice. I have a husband who actually encourages it to the point na medyo crazy na yung mga me-time ideas ko.

"Pero, 'Okay.'

"Okay lang siya nang okay. 'If you want to do that, go!' Alam mo yun?"

In her case, she finds it helpful to have short breaks daily.

"There is naman ways for you to actually focus on yourself, kasi if you cannot take care of yourself, how can you take care of your family?"
