Pauleen Luna-Sotto says she does not mind getting pregnant again: "Hindi nakakadala, e. Hindi niya [baby] ako pinahirapan kaya go lang."

“Malapit na. Konting kembot na lang,” Pauleen Luna-Sotto said with excitement when asked about the arrival of her and Vic Sotto's Baby T.

And given the support of the people around them, the 28-year-old TV host-actress feels assured that her first experience as a mom will be well-guided.

In fact, her baby has been given three showers to date.

The first one was hosted by Pauleen's  family earlier this month. The second, which took place last October 14, was organized by Danica Sotto-Pingris, Vic's eldest child with Dina Bonnevie.

Then, last October 19, Vic and Pauleen's Eat Bulaga! family, together with Aprica, threw a fun baby shower for the arrival of their firstborn.

Pauleen remarked, “We're very happy kasi nararamdaman namin kahit hindi pa siya lumalabas she's very much loved by people.

“People are very excited for her arrival, for Vic to be a dad again, and for me to be a first-time mom.”

Speaking of her pregnancy, she's lucky it's been "easy happy."

She related, “Hindi ako nag-morning sickness, hindi ako nagsuka-suka, hindi ako nag-crave ng anything.

“Sobrang easy ng pregnancy ko. Easy happy pregnancy. Hindi naglihi.

“Hindi niya [baby] kami pinahirapan. I wish nga meron para na-experience.”

It helped that Vic has made sure she has a smooth journey as a pregnant woman.

“Hindi ako inaway niyan buong pregnancy,” she said, laughing

“Although, I didn't have tantrums. Wala, parang normal lang.

“Sabi ko nga sa kanya, 'Sumungit ba ako? Nang-away ba ako?' Sabi niya, 'Hindi.'”

It was also good to have a lot of of friends who are mommies.

“Yung sa mga taga-Eat Bulaga!, almost all of my co-hosts are mothers, so even at the very start of the pregnancy, ang dami na naming nakukuhang tips and natatanong sa kanila.

“They're my 24/7 hotline. I'm well supported by my friends.”

Pauleen and Vic are pushing for a normal delivery, which they expect to happen by mid-November. Poleng (her nickname) is now 33 weeks pregnant.

“Sabi niya, 'Huwag kang mag-lamaze, ha,' hindi totoo yun,” Pauleen smiled while relating what her husband told her about childbirth and delivery method.

Lamaze is a natural method of giving birth without any medical intervention.

Pauleen continued, “Ako naman, of course, I respect yung mga moms who want na gusto wala talagang epidural.

“Pero ako, feeling ko, hindi ko kakayanin.

“Sabi ko sa doktor ko, 'Doc, pagpasok ko pa lang, lagyan mo na ako ng epidural.'”

Is Pauleen willing to get pregnant again?

“Hopefully, after one month,” she replied in jest.

Then, she reiterated, “Kasi nga, hindi nakakadala, e.

“Hindi niya ako pinahirapan kaya go lang.

“Kahit two okay na ako, huwag lang siyang mag-isang lumaki kasi yung mga ate, kuya niya malalaki na, e.

“Pero kung bibigyan ng mas marami e di mas okay.”
