Vic Sotto admits he used to be uneasy when his wife Pauleen would post photos and videos of their daughter Tali on social media. But overtime, the veteran TV host/comedian/producer had a change of heart.

Vic Sotto has an upcoming GMA-7 sitcom called Daddy's Gurl, and in this new show, Maine Mendoza plays his daughter.

In real life, Vic says his three daughters, Danica Sotto-Pingris, Paulina Sotto, and Talitha "Tali" Maria are all daddy's girls as well.

"Ang mga anak kong girls, ay Daddy’s girls," he told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) last September 24, at GMA Network Center's Studio 4.

"Itong anak kong bago, si Tali, naku, Daddy’s girl iyan."

Vic is aware that many fans and followers love it when his wife Pauleen Luna posts pictures and videos of their daughter Tali on social media.

The veteran TV host/comedian/producer admitted that because he does not really share much of his private life on social media, he first found it uncomfortable to have the public have a glimpse of Baby Tali's life.

He explained, “May nagtanong nga sa akin niyan kasi alam nila na I’m a very private person. I have an Instagram account pero pang-stalk lang.

I’m not into it to post. May pagka-private ako.”

He added, "Noong una, I’m quite uneasy.

Eventually, Vic said he had a change of heart.

“Parang they’re always looking forward.

But while there has been mostly positive reactions to Pauleen's posts about Tali, bashing has also been prevalent and some netizens don't even give babies a pass.

As a mom, Pauleen couldn't help but sometimes clap back at bashers .

Vic, for his part, would try to calm his wife down.

Babi Tali is turning one on November 6, and Pauleen has started preparing for the baby's birthday party.

Vic is also praises for Pauleen as a mother.

“Magaling siyang nanay, tutok.

“As a matter-of-fact sa November pa ang birthday ni Tali pero nakaplano na siya as early as April yata. Nagtatawag na ng location, kung saan.”
