Ina Raymundo has another wish for her eldest daughter Erika: To join a beauty pageant.
Her first wish has always been for Erika to become the next Sabado Nights Girl.
Sabado Nights Girl was tagged to Ina in a television commercial that made her famous in the 1990s.

According to the 43-year-old celebrity mom, her daughter has no objection to her first wish.
But to join a beauty pageant? Ina said Erika balked at the idea.
She related, "Sabi ko nga, 'Erika ipagpatuloy mo yung 'Miss Universe.'
Sabi niya, 'You are so obsessed.' Sobra raw ang obsession ko sa beauty pageants.
"Sabi ko, 'Why not?' One of my daughters to be ano [beauty queen], why not?
"She’s 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall. Pero ayaw raw niya yun.
"But she likes to sing. She has a nice voice."
Ina's 17-year-old panganay is also into socio-civic activities.
Ina resumed, "'Tapos marami siyang plans nga. She wants to help this—it’s called future phases na they have to come up with a certain amount of money para matulungan nila yung tiga-Pulilan.
"They have to create a Soup Kitchen. May mga gano'n siya. Kumbaga, may pagka-naughty siya pero very cause-oriented siya."
PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) spoke with Ina at the special screening of Kuya Wes, which is top-billed by Ogie Alcasid, and the presscon for Spring Films' 10th year celebration.
JAKOB. Among Ina's kids, the only one who has not shown interest in showbiz is her unico hijo.
According to Ina, her son has never even shown any interest in photo opportunities or pictorials.
Smiling, the actress said, "Yes, kailangan kong magpaalam palagi.
"Kailangan may bribery na magaganap. He's 14 years old."
But given her son's good looks and athletic built, she has kept up her hope, "Sana kahit commercial man lang."
The actress said Jakob has always aimed to excel in sports.
"Kasi yung goal niya talaga, maging baseball player. As in grabe yung goal.
"Kasi may ranking sa buong bansa, sa age niya.
"Nasa top 10 na siya when it comes sa pag-hit ng ball. So he’s so strong."
One of her daughters, the six-year-old Minka, almost joined the horror-suspense thriller Block Z, which is top-billed by Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia.
Ina related, "Tamang-tama sana yung role ko sa Block Z, may six-year old daughter ako.
"Sana si Minka, pero Zombie yung movie, mahirap na. Saka sobrang tisay yung mukha nun, e.
"Pero na-imagine ko na siya, yung anak ko, cute!
"Pero parang meron na, e, nagpa-audition sila... May nakuha na, I guess.
"Baka puwede siyang pang-double pag napagod yung bata.
"Puwede siyang pang-double yung isang shot lang na."
But despite her obvious enthusiasm to allow her kids enter show business, Ina clarified that it was not a mandate.
But still, "Hindi lahat, siguro kahit isa," the doting stage mom dreamed on.
