Paolo Contis, a hands-on dad, enjoys rocking and singing a lullaby to put his newborn daughter Summer Ayana to sleep.
But his choice of lullabies for his baby girl with partner LJ Reyes is out of the ordinary.
On Wednesday night, February 13, LJ caught him singing "Banal Na Aso, Santong Kabayo" by the '90s folk/punk rock band Yano.
Paolo uploaded a video of his performance on his Instagram page, where it has so far received over 200,000 views at press time.
His caption, "Ikaw naman @lj_reyes Mahal, walang pakialaman ng lullaby kay baby!! Buti di mo naabutan yung Laklak! [laughing emoji]"
His Instagram followers noted how he rearranged the song and toned it down for the baby.
Paolo took classes on how to take care of newborn babies, and has taken the lessons to heart.
In a separate post last January 25, Paolo wrote, "Tinuro sa New Born Care Class na dapat lagi kang gentle kay baby... Gentle touch, gentle voice... nakatulog yata ako nung tinuro yun! [smiley emojis]"
INSPIRED DAD
The 34-year-old Kapuso actor cherishes every moment with Baby Summer Ayana, the one thing he looks forward to when getting home after a long day at work.
In another post, Paulo wrote, "Sabi nila nakakawala ng pagod ang may baby sa bahay... At talaga namang napatunayan ko yun today!
"Yung sobrang pagod ka buong araw kasi nag gym ka ng umaga, tapos whole day kang nag ddrive sa pesteng traffic!!!
"Not to mention yung puyat mo the night before! Tapos pag uwi mo, hihiga ka sandali...
"At biglang ipapatong si baby sayo while sleeping tapos biglang yayakap siya sayo!!!
"Haaaaaayyy [heart adn smiley emoji] then you look at her and you just realize...........

Aside from baby Summer Ayana, Paolo has two more daughters Xalene and Xonia, by his former wife Lian Paz.
He is also a father figure to Aki, LJ's eight-year-old son by former boyfriend Paulo Avelino.
