Before turning four years old on March 3, Scarlet Snow Belo has started learning new life skills.
Her Instagram feed recently showed a video of her helping sweep their driveway.
The caption read, "I'm turning four next month so Daddy said it's time I learn new life skills and take on new responsibilities. I now help to sweep the driveway. Next is washing dishes. #Turning4."
The funny thing was, after putting the dried leaves in the dustpan, one of the helpers could be heard saying, "Hala, ba't mo nilalabas."
According to a study conducted by Harvard University, the chores help kids become happy, healthy, and independent adults.
The website verywellfamily.com added "that kids feel competent when they do their chores, whether they're making their bed or they're sweeping the floor."
For toddlers, chores include picking up their toys each day and putting their dishes away after a meal.
Meanwhile, another "task" that the daughter of Drs. Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho Jr. recently took on was reading stories to her nephew Hunter, the son of Cristalle Belo and Justin Pitt.
She wrote, "I think I might be ready to be an ate. After all, I'm already doing well as a tita! What do you say, Daddy? #hunterjamespitt"
