The Gutierrez family is currently enjoying a well-deserved break in Japan.
In the early hours of December 27, 2023, Ruffa Gutierrez and her daughters, Lorin Gutierrez and Venice Bektas, touched down in Tokyo.
Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez flew out of the country on December 25, 2023.
Also in that flight were Elvis Gutierrez and his wife Alexa, along with their children Aria and Ezra.
Based on Ruffa's Instagram Reels, they are staying at the The Aoyama Grand Hotel, which is walking distance to the shopping areas in the Ayoama district, Harajuku, Omotesando, and Shibuya.
Her caption for the post dated December 28, 2023 read: "Woke up in the heart of Tokyo at the @aoyamagrand, a cozy modern gem in Minato City. [Japan flag emoji]
"Love the family-friendly rooftop breakfast buffet with unbeatable views! [emoji] This was us today. Feeling ni Mother Dear nasa bahay lang siya. [emoji] #GutzInTokyo."
In another post, Ruffa shared more snaps from the family's photo session in front of the hotel with Sweet Escape, a known photographer-for-hire company.
The Can't Buy Me Love actress wrote, "Winter holidays in Tokyo x precious moments with mom & dad. [emojis] Cheers to more travels in 2024! #GutzInTokyo"
The family photo did not include Ruffa's brothers Ritchie Paul, Rocky, Raymond, and Richards.
Raymond and Ruffa's exchange in the comments section indicated that the former did not join the trip.
Meanwhile, in the reels that Ruffa posted, Richard's face was briefly shown.
Where are Kai and Zion?
According to earlier reports, Richard and his sons were supposed to fly out on December 27.
In an interview early this month, Annabelle mentioned that everyone in the family "minus one" will be going Japan.
She did not mention who "minus one" was, but ABS-CBN reporter MJ Felipe deduced that she was referring to Richard's wife Sarah Lahbati.

It appears, however, that this plan did not materialize, as Kai and Zion are currently enjoying a beach trip in Bohol with their mom and the Lahbati family.
