INARA SIARGAO: DETAILS
Inara Siargao, a recently established boutique resort, is owned by Natalia Zobel, daughter of Iñigo and Maricris Zobel.
According to the resort's official website, "Inara" signifies "ray of light" in Arabic.
Nestled in Sitio Lisub Purok 2, Barangay Malinao, General Luna, Surigao del Norte, Philippines, it is conveniently located just 20 minutes away from General Luna, the vibrant hub of Siargao.
In an interview with Vogue Philippines, Natalia's love affair with Siargao began in 2007 during her first surfing trip on the island with friends.
By 2010, captivated by its allure, she invested in a property on the island.
However, it wasn't until mid-2021 that she finally opened her boutique resort.
Unfortunately, just four months later, Typhoon Odette wreaked havoc on the island.
In December 2022, Inara reopened its doors and has become one of Siargao Island's prized treasures.
