Daniel Matsunaga and Erich Gonzales managed to make a quick trip to Bali, Indonesia, before the presscon and promo for their morning serye Be My Lady.
The couple filled their Instagram accounts with beautiful photos, which were mistaken by the press people as prenup photos.
Erich clarified, ''Nag-share lang po kami ng mga photos namin dun in Bali and wala, hindi po yun na parang prenup.
''Siguro nagkataon lang po na maganda ang scenery, maganda ang background.''
The trip was a super-belated gift for Daniel's birthday, which was last November 28.
Happy Birthday, @dandanmatsunaga ? I thank God for you every single day and every little amazing thing that you do. I am so grateful for you and the life that we share. I am so proud of you in many ways most especially the goodness of your heart. You are one of the greatest blessings in my life and also a blessing to so many. May God continue to use you in all of His ways. On your special day and the coming year, may He grant you continued graces and blessing. I love you.
''It was for his birthday po, and I prepared every thing at masaya po ako na nagustuhan niya."
Daniel threw in, "Sobrang ganda, actually short siya, but it's very nice. Ang ganda ng place, sobrang saya.
"It's what we needed. Siyempre, ang daming work.
"Talagang nag-enjoy ako and, I'm sure, nag-enjoy rin si Erich."
PETTY FIGHTS. Looking at them during the presscon held on January 11, at 9501 restaurant in ELJ Communication Center, they were a picture of perfect couple.
Do they ever fight?
The hunky actor replied, ''Actually, we do. Yung mga misunderstanding, hindi siya away.
''Siyempre, lahat ng mga couples, if you say na wala siyang away or whatever, that's not true.
''Alam nating lahat na merong maliit na misunderstanding and, siyempre, that's what makes us stronger.
''By talking and fixing things in the right way.''
LOVERS FOR REAL, FOR REEL. Meanwhile, Daniel feels "sobrang blessed" for this chance to work with his real-life and reel love.
"Malaking opportunity na ibinigay sa amin at mas blessed kasi we're a real-life couple.
''We get to spend time together while working.
"It's a blessing to see her every day.
''From the time you wake up, you see her, and you get to do things na mas masaya.''
