Jericho Rosales on his bike ride with Kim Jones in Palawan: "We rode for hours and hours, it was fun. The longer the ride, the more experience that you gain."

Jericho Rosales enjoys traveling by land as long as it’s a traffic-free route.

Hence, most of his favorite trips involved long drives.

Locally, Pagudpud is on top of his list.

In October 2012, he and wife Kim Jones drove by car for 12 hours.

One of their rewards: this beautiful sunrise.

Abroad, he picks their South of France tour.

He tells (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the Shell Bike Fair, "Yung honeymoon namin, we rented a car and we traveled around France.

"It was fun, because we drove a small hatchback."

Jericho and Kim tied the knot on May 1, 2014.

In Asia, he remembers renting a small car , which he drove to Langkawi from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

However, he still has a dream trip to cross off his bucket list.

"On the bike, we have a Luzon dream, to do a tour of Luzon, Manila hanggang Pagudpud...

"At kung puwede, mag-RORO ng Batanes."

He also recalls some of his more memorable road trips with his motorbike.

“I did La Union many times, and kaming barkada, we just ride to Tagaytay, to Batangas, madali lang yun.

"While in Palawan, we [with Kim] rode for hours and hours, it was fun.

"The longer the ride, the more experience that you gain."

His major travel tip?

"We just plan our rides to see more views and scenery, and it also depends on the company and where you go.

“Sometimes it's a short ride but it's a beautiful one, depends on lighting and time of day, weather," he says.

He is also blessed to have all his biking and riding activities approved by his wife.

"Yeah, yeah, she rides."

My summer just got hotter ????????????????????????

Jericho adds, "She has a classic Royal Enfield.

"Of course, she tells me to be careful because I ride more often.

"My friends always tell me to lower my risk level and I understand that.

"I always ride na naka-gear ako, fully covered, kahit mainit, I don't care.

"Safety first," he stresses.
