Lovebirds Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo are presently celebrating the Chinese New Year in Finland.
From their show at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center in California last week...
...Jennylyn and Dennis headed for their first European trip this year, with a stopover at the Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar.
From Qatar, they traveled seven hours to reach the Helsinki Airport in Finland.
The two clearly wanted to see the Aurora Borealis, described by Aurora-Service.com as "an incredible light show caused by collisions between electrically charged particles released from the sun that enter the earth's atmosphere and collide with gases such as oxygen and nitrogen."
Finland is one of the best places to see the Northern Lights, which has green and purple for its dominant colors.
Some hotels actually give their visitors an "Aurora Alarm," which beeps when the Northern Lights appear.
Jennylyn and Dennis stayed in the famed Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort.
Its website indicated that an overnight stay in one of its small glass igloos can cost 467 € or PHP24,896.
Today, January 8 (Manila time), they saw the Northern Lights in its green hues.
Against the backdrop of a starry sky, Aurora Borealis was truly a beautiful sight.
But the DenJen fans were actually more thrilled to see this...
