A week after the Miss Universe pageant, four candidates rewarded themselves with a much-deserved vacation in different Philippine beaches.
Miss Israel Yam Kaspers made sure she'd see the country's island known for its powdery sand.
It may be recalled that 16 candidates had the chance to enjoy Boracay last January 14, but Yam was not included in the batch.
Basking under the Boracay sun, Yam called it “paradise.”
She loved the shores so much that she wrote, “Never going back home.”
Before flying back to New Zealand, Tania Dawson returned to Cebu, and stayed at Plantation Bay Resort and Spa.
The palm trees, lagoons, and warm weather were Miss New Zealand’s “perfect combo for relaxation.”
The half-Filipina looks forward to visiting the country again in June.
Miss US Virgin Islands Carolyn Carter loved the picturesque tropical backdrop of Palawan.
She kicked off her Palawan tour in Puerto Princesa, and kept the party going in El Nido.
Carolyn is set to visit every island of the Philippines.
Another Miss Universe candidate who is presently in Palawan is Miss Germany Johanna Acs.
It's a family vacation for the German beauty.
Here's Johanna with her sister Franciska indulging on Mango Guyabano shakes!
Their holiday has been “Happy! Crazy! Lots of Laughing! Lots of Loving!”
Johanna posted this wacky photo with her parents.
Johanna is loving everything about beach life.
“Enjoying every ray of sunshine here in the Philippines. Not missing the winter in Germany! Dreaming of having this weather every day at home as well. Why can't I just take the sun home with me?”
