Vice presidential candidates Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano, Sen. Francis "Chiz" Escudero, Sen. Gregorio "Gringo" Honasan II, Sen. Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos, Jr., Camarines Sur 3rd District Rep. Leni Robredo, and Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV were all present during the only PiliPinas Vice Presidential Debate held at the University of Santo Tomas Quadricentennial Pavillion on Sunday, April 10.
The debate was hosted by CNN Philippines, together with the Commission on Elections (Comelec) and the Kapisanan ng Broadkaster ng Pilipinas, and in partnership with Business Mirror.
For almost three hours, Filipino voters witnessed the six VP candidates as they engaged in heated exchanges and fiery rebuttals while discussing pertinent issues including corruption, human rights and political dynasties.
In the yes or no segment, all of the candidates denied that they had been involved in any kind of corruption.
Local celebrities took to social media to air their sentiments regarding the discussion.

Marcos has lost his smile. Shaken by hecklers and now he is corruption response is lame. The Binay in this debate
I was surprised that the soldier Trillanes exposed the Binay corruption so boldly claiming he saw the documents. That was brave. #VPDebates
