A few days ago, Bureau of Internal Revenue chief Kim Henares grabbed attention when she reminded Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach that she's not exempted from paying her taxes for her Miss Universe prizes.
Pia, in this interview said, she has been a good taxpayer since she started working, and will continue to be so, but will not pay for something that is not hers.
