The all-male group Boyz.com swapped sexual innuendos with comediennes Rufa Mae Quinto and Rubirubi during their show at Metro Bar West Avenue last Friday, May 16. Titled Rubirubi@Boyz.com 2, this show also featured special guests Jan Nieto of Philippine Idol and FHM cover girl Hazel Ann Mendoza who did a sexy dance number with plenty of lifting stunts.
Polo Ravales, Joseph Bitangcol, Alwyn Uytingco, Frank Garcia, and Gabb Drilon performed song-and-dance numbers that showcased their versatility. Joseph and Alwyn even engaged in a hip-hop showdown that involved hand stands and a lot of cool dance moves as choreographed by Spike Bermudez of the Jaguar Dancers.
Rufa Mae sat down with the Boyz.com and conducted a brief interview with them regarding their love life. The sexy actress, who wore an all-gold ensemble, told the audience, "Nandito ako para mang-chismis at maging juror."
The co-host of Showbiz Central started by asking Frank Garcia, "Sino ang iyong unang kasiping? Foreigner ba or purong Pilipino?" Polo whispered to Frank the meaning of the word kasiping (sex partner) since he could not understand this Tagalog word. According to the half-Dutch, half-Pinoy actor, he has not had any sexual relationships in the past.
Addressing Alwyn, Rufa Mae asked, "Virgin ka pa ba and why?" Alwyn replied, "Kung ako ang tatanungin dito, ako ang pinakabata dito at twenty years old." After pausing for a while, he admitted that he is still a virgin. He also pointed out that his relatives were present at the Metro Bar that night.
Rufa Mae then turned her attention to Gabb, who is said to have a picture showing him in a sweet pose with Katrina Halili. He explained that the photo was taken during Katrina's birthday party last year and that they're just close friends.
Joseph was then asked if he had a mutual understanding with Angelica Panganiban when he was part of the ABS-CBN show Vietnam Rose. The former Star Circle Quest star said that this was not true since he treats Angelica as a barkada of his former girlfriend Sandara Park.
Just like in Showbiz Central, there was a killer question that was reserved for Polo Ravales. He was asked: When will he marry Jean Garcia? "No, no, no! Hindi siya totoo," he insisted. By then, Rufa Mae had noticed that Jean Garcia was in the audience and the actress acknowledged the greeting with a wave of her hand.
SPECIAL GUESTS. Rubirubi was one of the stars of Mano Po 2: Overload starring Rufa Mae and Polo Ravales. The comedienne brought the house down with her safari-inspired dance number and the rock song medley wherein she paired OPM songs with foreign songs. She enumerated the five stages of love— courtship, exclusively dating, engagement, marriage, and the honeymoon stage. She sang songs for each stage and mimicked the singing style of various artists, much to the delight of the audience in Metro Bar.
The comedienne also performed a song number with Philippine Idol finalist Jan Nieto and swapped green jokes with him as well. As Jan sang "I Finally Found Someone," Rubirubi came out wearing a black-and-white ruffled wedding gown designed by Frederick Peralta. Acting like a newly wed couple, Rubirubi asked Jan for a kiss, which he reluctantly gave.
BUKOL RATING. The highlight of the evening was when Rubirubi groped the crotch area of the five Boyz and gave them ratings, with 10 being the highest. According to the comedienne, she needed to rate the nyukol (gay speak for bukol or bump) of the five men and give her assessment.
One by one, Rubirubi touched the pants of the guys, starting with Gabb. She gave him a rating of 8 and described him as being "lean and mean." Joseph was next and was promptly given a rating of 8.5 for being "cute and smooth."
Before his turn came, Frank asked Rubirubi to "have mercy!" The comedienne described his bump as "round and proud" that earns a score of 9. Of all the guys, Rubirubi says that she likes Alwyn the most because she has a crush on him. With her rating of 9.5, she says that his bump should "go and grow."
Last but not the least, Rubirubi took a long time in rubbing the bump of Polo Ravales whom she said was "rough and tough," thus earning for him a perfect score of 10.
