ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida held its ground to spoil the debut of GMA-7's newest fantaserye, Zorro, last night, March 23. This is according to the latest survey of Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) among national households.
Although Richard Gutierrez's latest offering premiered with an impressive 30.9 percent, it still failed to topple the top four ABS-CBN shows. More importantly, I Love Betty Le Fea (37.7 percent) managed to grab the lead from perennial top-rater May Bukas Pa (37 percent), which slipped to No. 2..
Coming in third and fourth are Tayong Dalawa (35.1 percent) and TV Patrol World (31 percent).
After Zorro, four other Kapuso shows occupied the next slots: Totoy Bato, 24 Oras, Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang, and All About Eve. Completing the Top 10 is SNN.
Wowowee once again topped the daytime race, although the next four slots were occupied by the following GMA-7 programs: Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin?, Paano Ba ang Mangarap?, Daisy Siete, and Eat Bulaga!.
