Aniya, "Although my father and my grandmother were celebrities before, pinalaki nila talaga kami na mag-focus sa study. So, never naming na-consider na mag-enter ng showbiz.

"I started kasi in commercials when I was 12 years old. Then, nag-stop ako and I continue when I was fifteen. Ever since I was fifteen, pinapayagan ako, pero hanggang doon lang. Nakakatuwa kasi, kahit na nag-aaral kami, at least, may nagagawa kami. Nakakapag-ipon kami at a young age. Meron kaming pang-allowance namin.

"So, never...it never occurred to me that one day, I'll enter show business," nakangiti niyang pahayag.

Psychology graduate si Carla sa De La Salle University (Taft campus), "I find it interesting talaga." Simula't simula pa ay yun na raw ang ginusto niyang kurso, "So, never naman...no plans of Communication Arts or Mass Communication in college, Psychology talaga."

Simplest opportunities kunwari, going to the beach with my friends or gigimik sa gabi, ang dami kong na-turn down na ganoon. Even commercials...I have to turn down a lot of opportunities kasi, talagang nag-aral ako nang mabuti noong college. May goal ako, ganun..."

Now that she's in showbiz, Carla admits na nakakaramdam siya ng kaba at takot.

NOOD KA MUNA!

Sabi niya, "Fears? Marami! Unang-una, marami...Mga isyu, anything, intrigues. Pero, pine-prepare ko na yung sarili ko for that. That's part of show business. Ang biggest fear ko, I guess, is that, for my reputation to be altered.

So far, she's been attending different workshops to prepare for her role as Rosalinda.

"I guess, it's too early to say that I'm strong on this particular aspect, 'no? But ang importante, marunong naman akong umarte. And second, yung weakness ang marami which I really have to work on.

"What keeps me motivated is yung excitement. Such a big opportunity was given to me. That everything happens for a reason, so you should work hard. And if you work hard, matatanggap mo naman lahat ng blessing, lahat ng rewards for all the hard work."

Soon, makikita na ng publiko sa Carla, and she will do her best to win over the viewers.

"We're in preparation for Rosalinda at gagawin namin ang lahat ng paraan para maging maganda yung project. And I'm really hoping that the people will be as excited as I am."
