Chynna Ortaleza not yet ready to marry long-time boyfriend Railey Valeroso

When asked what she would do after her four-month acting job with Paano Ba Ang Mangarap?, Chynna Ortaleza answered with a smile, "Oh, my god, I'm gonna rest, seriously. Kasi four months akong pukpok, hindi ako makapag-relax."

At 26, actress Chynna Ortaleza is certain that she's not yet walking the aisle to meet her long-time boyfriend and actor Railey Valeroso.

On July 1, the couple will be celebrating their sixth year.

Puwede pa akong manganak kapag forty na ako,'" said Chynna in an interview yesterday, May 28, at the press conference of Paano Ba Ang Mangarap?.

When asked about the status of her romantic relationship, Chynna simply replied: "Okay naman. Ano bang bago? Masaya pa rin naman ako."

She added that although she's busy taping for Paano Ba Ang Mangarap? and rehearsing for SOP, she and Railey still find time to be together.

"Sinisingit lang," she said.

Chynna then related that her boyfriend is now preparing for a project.

"I know that he's trying to improve his body for something that Tito Neil [de Guia, Railey's talent manager] is preparing for him. So, for the past few months, nagdyi-gym siya, nagpre-prepare siya para doon sa isang project na tina-try nilang kunin for him. But it's not in GMA-7, it's in ABS-CBN. Parang ako, go, go lang nang go, maganda 'yan."

EFFECTIVE KONTRABIDA. Aside from her happy romantic relationship, Chynna is also glad that the viewers liked how she portrayed the role of Maya, the nemesis of Jennylyn Mercado's character in Paano Ba Ang Mangarap?.

She even recalled an incident when people called her "Maya."

Chynna said that she is open to another kontrabida role for her next project.

"Ako, I'm open to anything. Pero sabi ko nga, ang GMA-7 naman, they pretty much, they're trying to mold me into a character actress. I can be bida, kontrabida, anything. Anything that challenges me is welcome, so that lalong ma-hone 'yong talent ko, kung anuman ang puwede pang ipiga."

Right now, since there's no definite project on her schedule yet, Chynna said, "I'll just wait for it. Enjoy ko muna ang break ko."
