The Final 14 of StarStruck V have been announced.
In the live presentation of GMA-7's reality-based artista search earlier tonight, November 29, fourteen showbiz hopefuls were chosen out of the Top 28 to continue to dream, believe, and survive in the world of showbiz.
Eleven came from the Philippine auditions and three from the international auditions.
The seven male contestants who made it to the list are: Ian Batherson, 20, Mandaluyong City; Rocco Nacino, 22, Pasig City; Enzo Pineda, 19, Quezon City; Piero Vergara, 16, Cebu City; Steven Silva, 22, Davao; Sef Cadayona, 20, Las Piñas; and Rye Burgos, Los Angeles, California, USA.
The seven female hopefuls are: Fianca Cruz, 18, Pasig City; Diva Montalaba, 18, Cebu City; Sarah Lahbati, 18, Cavite; Princess Snell, 17, Laguna; Rox Montealegre, 19, Pasig City; Zyril Lim, Bahrain; and Nina Kodaka, Japan.
StarStruck V is hosted by Raymond Gutierrez, Carla Abellana and Dennis Trillo, with StarStruck alumni Mark Herras, LJ Reyes, Arci Muñoz and Paolo Avelino as segment hosts.
This year's StarStruck Council is composed of TV director Floy Quintos, talent manager Lolit Solis, and actress Iza Calzado.
Past winners include Mark Herras and Jennylyn Mercado (Season 1); Mike Tan and Ryza Cenon (Season 2); the late Marky Cielo and Jackie Rice (Season 3); and Aljur Abrenica, Jewel Mische, Mart Escudero, and Kris Bernal (Season 4).
