Vice Ganda hits back at overzealous fans of Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo who misinterpreted the comedian-TV host's tweets about taking selfies on election day.
In his series of Twitter posts, Vice Ganda clarifies that he was not criticizing Daniel and Kathryn for being caught in the controversy about their photo-ops with election ballots.
Why are Kathniel fans bashing me? I didn't refer to Kathniel in my last tweets. I was referring to my encounter w/ the Principal. PLS READ!— jose marie viceral (@vicegandako) May 9, 2016
Vice Ganda also tells KathNiel fans that he was actually referring to his own experience at the polling precinct and not to the incident involving their idols.
Haaaayyyy naku ang mga BATANG ito di na naman nagisip!!!!! Wag nyong ipahamak ang mga idolo nyo sa kanegahan nyo.— jose marie viceral (@vicegandako) May 9, 2016
The Gandang Gabi Vice host is dismayed that the school principal in his polling precinct was willing to violate the Comelec's rule about refraining from taking photos in the vicinity in order to protect the sanctity of the ballots.
Ang bongga dito e yung mismong principal nung school ang gustong magselfie daw kami! Buti na lng nakapagpigil ako at nag NO ako ng maayos.— jose marie viceral (@vicegandako) May 9, 2016
Nakakalungkot! Diba gusto natin ng pagbabago? E bkit simpleng patakaran na walang magseselfie sa presinto di masunod? Matigas ba ulo o bobo?— jose marie viceral (@vicegandako) May 9, 2016
Di talaga ko makamove on dun sa Principal!!!! 'Ma'am i think we have to practice discipline!' ang inabot nya sakin! Haaayyyy!!! BadVibes!— jose marie viceral (@vicegandako) May 9, 2016
