Jolina Magdangal wants to do a "Visita Iglesia" this Holy Week to make a wish

Jolina Magdangal admits that she and boyfriend Mark Escueta have begun discussing marriage. But experience has taught her to wait for the right time.

"Gusto ko sana ano, mag-Visita Iglesia," said Jolina Magdangal about her plans for the Holy Week.

Her reason was prompted by the belief that visiting a church for the first time entitles a person to one wish.

She’s not sure though if her boyfriend Mark Escueta will be able to join her.

The 32-year-old singer-host-actress related that they have not discussed what to do during the break, "Sa totoo lang, wala pa kaming kaplano-plano. Siguro mayro’n kaming iba’t ibang iniisip, meron di kaming iniisip together, alam mo ’yon..."

Going to Tagaytay, where she has a resthouse, may be their fallback plan.

She elaborated, "Kung saan man malamang nandoon ’yong family namin together...

It’s been more than a year since they became a couple. Do they have plans of taking their relationship to a higher level?

"Magdadasal pa lang ako sa church," the Kapuso star quipped.

Is that one of her wishes?

"Hindi naman," Jolens (her nickname) answered.

But she won’t deny that they have started discussing it.

She chose not to finish her sentence, and shifted her tone, "Bakit naman tayo magpapaka-nega pa?

"Ay, iyon talaga ang kailangang talagang pakatutukan," she said. "Iyon ang mga bagay-bagay na dapat pag-usapan."

So she’s not in a hurry at all. "Siguro dapat, may dream wedding ako. Pero ngayon parang nawala na siya.

"Kapag masyado mong iniisip yung dream wedding mo, lalong nawawala.
