Zia Quizon on parents Dolphy and Zsa Zsa Padilla: "No difference if they are married or not, it’s up to them talaga."

"I told my Mom na as long as it’s her decision, it’s their decision to get married, that’s the reason kung bakit dapat sila magpakasal. Not because they feel na yun ang dapat nilang gawin, or yun ang ine-expect ng mga tao. It should come from what they feel, dun sa kung ano ang talagang gusto nilang gawin," says Zia Quizon.

(CLICK HERE to read related story.)

"I guess so," sagot niya.

"Okay lang kasi, personally, kuntento na ako with our lives, we’re all contented with our lives right now.

"I told my Mom na as long as it’s her decision, it’s their decision to get married, that’s the reason kung bakit dapat sila magpakasal.

"Not because they feel na yun ang dapat nilang gawin, or yun ang ine-expect ng mga tao.

"It should come from what they feel, dun sa kung ano ang talagang gusto nilang gawin.

"It’s up to them pa rin naman, it’s their decision."

Dagdag pa ni Zia, "In our house kasi, it’s really up to the person, kung ano ang gusto nila.

"We have to respect what will make them happy.

"Ako, I’m contented naman, I know they love me.

"I grew up naman kasi na minamahal ako ng parents.

"It was very healthy, we are content naman with our lives.

"It didn’t feel like anything is missing.

"No difference if they are married or not, it’s up to them talaga."

Aminado si Zia that they have a unique family.

"Definitely unique, unique kami, but we’re happy," sabi niya.

"Pamilyang showbiz and everything, we grew up in showbiz around.

"Maybe mas liberated-thinking kasi showbiz nga.

"But at the end of the day, we make each other happy."

ON MARRIAGE.

"Ang importante is respect, talagang they respect each other in a way na hindi sila nagtutulakan.

"Based on what they want as a couple, nirerespeto nila ang gusto ng bawat isa.

"That’s what I also want in a marriage—yung may boses ka."

"Yeah, I guess so, kasi she also gives us high expectations.

"So, talagang she instilled to us na mayroon tayong lahat ng potential na puwede nating maabot.

"Kung maaga raw kaming mag-aasawa, it’s farther to attain, we have to reach our full potential, be happy with ourselves.

"May pressure dun, but not that sinasabi niya na ’gusto ko ito or gusto ko iyan.’
