Mikee Cojuangco-Jaworski on making full showbiz comeback: "I’m open to anything."

Mikee Cojuangco-Jaworski will try hosting and judging in the Kapuso network’s newest children talent search and reality TV program, which will debut this Sunday, June 12.

"It’s nice because kung ano yung concept nung show, kung ano yung intention ng show, that’s what’s being done," dagdag ni Mikee.

"Some of them we met already during the audition, and obviously as we go along, and our taping is every other day, we get closer to the kids and their parents, and we see how they develop," kuwento ni Mikee.

"Actually, today, pinagmamasdan namin sila and I think it’s beginning to dawn on them that they’re going to be on TV.

"Kasi for the most part, it’s really as if they’re just playing.

Totoo pala that we’re going to be on TV!’

"Hopefully, this is an experience that they’ll just keep on building until they mature."

BEING OBJECTIVE.

"I’ll try to have some kind of distance for myself para maging objective ako. I know what I need to do to be fair, ’tsaka nandiyan yung parents nila so I’m more of a cool-aunt type sa kanila," ngiti ng bemedalled equestrian at aktres.

"It’s very hard [to sit as a judge]. Although feeling namin, dahil unique ang bawat isa sa kanila, hopefully there will be something for all of them after the show.

"Because there will only be one winner. So hopefully there will really be something for each of them.

"They’re all different, they’re all amazing, they all have different personalities, and their parents are so supportive.

"So, you know, we’re really hoping."

FULL COMEBACK?

"In this day and age when there are so many opportunities and options available to them, you have to really let them try everything they seem to be interested in so they can find themselves, and they can find what they are good at," seryosong pahayag ni Mikee.

"The advice that we give them is, ’Find what you like and where you can be your best.’"

"I hope so," nakangiting tugon ni Mikee.

"Ako naman, I’m open to anything.

"But of course because of the time and other considerations, I really choose the projects that I do.

"But I’m happy that I’m doing this project [Promil Pre-School i-Shine Talent Camp TV] because I really feel very fulfilled and rewarded."
