AGB Nielsen Mega Manila People & Household Ratings (June 7-9): Amaya takes the crown on primetime; Eat Bulaga! unstoppable on daytime viewing.

Marian Rivera is living up to her title as the "Primetime Queen."

Her latest project on GMA-7, the epicserye Amaya, has taken the lead in the primetime race.

Marian made her first appearance on the show last Tuesday, June 7, and that episode topped both the Household and People ratings of the AGB Nielsen Phils. among Mega Manila households.

It posted 27.6 percent in the Household ratings, and 14.4 percent in the People ratings.

In both surveys, GMA-7’s Munting Heredera and ABS-CBN’s 100 Days to Heaven ranked second and third, respectively.

ABS-CBN’s new show Guns And Roses tied with GMA-7’s Secret Garden, tied for the fourth slot in the Household ratings, although the Koreanovela took the solo spot in the People ratings.

The Robin Padilla-Bea Alonzo starrer was at No. 5 in the People ratings, while another Kapamilya program, Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin, took that spot in the Household ratings.

Amaya maintained its No. 1 position in the People ratings the following day, June 8, with 13.5 percent.


But 100 Days to Heaven was the No. 1 program according to the Household ratings, with 26.8 percent.

Amaya ranked second in the Household ratings with 25.4 percent, while 100 Days to Heaven tied with 24 Oras for second place in the People ratings with an identical 13.3 percent.

Last night, June 9, Amaya regained solo leadership in both the Household and People ratings, generating 26.8 percent and 15 percent, respectively.

100 Days to Heaven (26.1 percent) and Munting Heredera (25 percent) took the second and the third slots in the Household ratings, respectively.

Although in the People ratings, it was the other way around with Munting Heredera taking second place with 13.8 percent, and 100 Days to Heaven in third with 13.3 percent.

While the primetime race is very tight among the shows, particularly between GMA-7 and ABS-CBN, the daytime race continues to be dominated by Eat Bulaga!.

The longest-running noontime show in the country topped the daytime race from June 7 to 9, in both the Household and People ratings.


GMA-7 afternoon soap Nita Negrita, which will end this week, was the consistent second placer in both surveys.
