Korina Sanchez to Mar Roxas supporters after elections: "We stay together."

<p>Broadcast journalist Korina Sanchez posts thank-you messages on her social media accounts after husband Mar Roxas lost his presidential bid in the national elections.</p>

"The show must go on," posted Korina Sanchez on her social media accounts, after husband and Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas lost his presidential bid this May 2016 elections.

Last Friday, May 13, which was also Mar’s 59th birthday, Korina posted a video of her husband thanking his supporters for their birthday greetings. Beside him was Korina and his son Paolo.

The video was taken in Baguio City, where Mar spent his birthday.

The next day, May 14, Korina posted a photo, this time of Mar’s supporters wearing yellow T-shirts, his campaign color.  

In her caption, Korina thanked the supporters who flocked the Araneta Coliseum to celebrate Mar’s special day last Friday.

Korina wrote: “To all members of The Silent Majority [TSM] who went to Araneta Center to celebrate Mar's birthday yesterday... Wow. Thank you so so much.

“We are in Baguio with family and friends and main campaign team to celebrate Mar.

“Mar is out under the sun camping, walking, in sports with his son, nephews and staff. He is very touched by TSM's dedication, love and continued support.

“We stay together. The fight for all that is good for this country lives on.”

On her next post, Sunday, March 15, Korina promoted her weekly TV-magazine show on ABS-CBN, the Rated K.

Her caption went: “The show must go on… And what a show we have for you tonight on Rated K.”  

The show must go on... And what a show we have for you tonight on RATED K!!
