A child actress and a child actor who gave outstanding performances in Patikul are among the strong contenders for the coveted trophy in the drama category. Will they bring home the award?

Comedienne Eugene Domingo scored double nominations this year: Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role-Musical or Comedy for her effective portrayal in the 2011 Cinemalaya entry Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank; and Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role for the Metro Manila Film Festival 2011 entry, My Househusband, Ikaw Na!
