“It was a super-duper amazing, fun, and unforgettable experience” bulalas ng Kapamilya actress-TV host.
Paliwanag niya, “I’m not sure if I’m allowed to tell it, kasi they told me that the trailer will be coming out soon.
“But it’s something that I’m really excited to share to all of you soon.”
“Lahat… everything was hard for me kasi it’s a totally different working system to what we have here.
“So it was all fun and, alam mo yun, parang it made me appreciate my art work, my craft work… made me want to excel even more.
“Because when you work with the actors there, you work with the director, you work with the whole team, they are so professional—as in!
“It’s crazy and that makes me want to learn more about my craft.
“Everything was a new experience for me and an eye-opener para sa akin.”
Dagdag ni Anne, “You know, as I said, sobrang nakakatuwa kasi nga, iba, ibang mundo, iba din yung style of work nila—how they go about in shooting things.
“Isa pa, may certain working hours lang sila. Kumbaga, 12 hours lang a day.
“Kung hahaba man, 14 hours a day lang, ‘tapos yun na yun. You can’t go beyond that.
“’Tapos, lahat ng kukunan n’yo sa day scene, dapat matapos in 12 hours.
“Or meron din silang tinatawag na all-nighters, parang yung 12 hours, it will start 8 p.m.
“Pero I personally never tell them na actress ako sa Pilipinas, alam mo yun?
“It felt good, you know, it’s so humbling to go through that whole experience again, na parang you start from ground zero all over again, kasi I’m a nobody.
“But it was new and fun for me and I enjoyed it so much.”
Paano siya naging bahagi sa pelikulang ito? Nag-audition ba siya?
“Yes, I auditioned!” bulalas ni Anne.
“I auditioned for it… that was another experience for me, kasi parang ang tagal-tagal-tagal na nung huling nag-audition ako.
“Ang last audition ko yata ay Magic Kingdom days… or Kampanerang Kuba pa yata. So, ang tagal na nun.
“So, I felt nervous that time.
“It was a good experience for me kasi parang you reach that stage na… parang you’ve done already different roles, different characters.
“But then, you realize, wait, there’s more, there’s still more to learn about your craft.
“And to build yourself to become better actress or host, you have to keep on learning to be better on your craft.”
“Oh, my God! Yes, I saw Jennifer Aniston!” bulalas ni Anne.
“I was inside the elevator with my friends, she walked in.
“Inside the elevator, as in ganito lang yung sabi ko, ‘Hi!’
“At sabi niya rin sa akin, ‘Hi! What floor are you going?’
“Sabi ko, ‘Oh, We’re not sure…’ medyo nahiya kasi ako.”
INDIE FILM.
Kuwento ni Anne, “It was so good, kasi parang my mom’s birthday wish for me this year, na sana daw magka-indie film ako.
“She said in her interview… I don’t know if it’s in The Buzz or in Kris TV, yung interview na yun.
“Well, I’m so open, you know,” sambit niya.
“Yun nga sinasabi ko, maybe next year or after next year, two years from now, I will go there again for audition.
“But I will never give up my career here sa Pilipinas—that’s the one thing I assure you.
“Kaya nga lagi kong sinasabi na, for 15 years, ‘eto ang nagpakain sa ‘kin and made me who I am now.
“So I will never give up my career here in the Philippines. I love the Philippines too much!”
“I will always say, it’s always good to dream.
“Dream big! Why not? I dream big!
“And I said, na sana makagawa rin ako ng film someday that has anything to do with Hollywood—kahit mga Warner Films ‘yan, kasi ‘yan lagi pinapanood natin, di ba?
“It’s really humbling that I want to audition, alam mo yun?
“Here, yung parang you don’t do that much auditioning, but I would like to do it in the future sa Hollywood.”
MISSING ERWAN.
“My boyfriend and my friends,” pagtukoy ni Anne sa kasintahang si Erwan Heussaff.
“But you know, they are all happy for me and he is happy for me.
“He is also busy with his triathlon which he did well… alam mo yun, parang it all fell into place at the right time.”
It was everyday communication, an update every day for him," sabi ni Anne.
