Lindsay Lohan’s probation revoked

Lindsay Lohan’s probation has been revoked after she was formally arraigned for lying to police about being behind the wheel of a car during a crash in June and is reportedly facing 245 days in jail if a judge decides she has violated her probation

Lindsay Lohan’s probation has been revoked.

The Liz & Dick actress—who failed to appear in court in Los Angeles today (December 12) on three misdemeanor charges, including lying to police about a traffic accident in the summer—is facing 245 days in jail and a judge has scheduled a hearing for January 15 to decide whether she will lock the actress away for violating her probation.

The 26-year-old troubled starlet was arraigned this morning on charges that she lied to police about being behind the wheel of a car when it crashed in June on the Pacific Coast Highway.

Lindsay has been on probation since being found guilty of stealing a necklace in July 2011, for which she was sentenced to 120 days in prison and 480 hours of community service.

According to gossip website, if found guilty, the flame-haired beauty—who is currently rumored to be dating Max George from The Wanted—could be sentenced to jail for eight months.

The actress—who has been arrested six times and spent 203 days in rehab—was previously said to believe that police have a "vendetta to bring her down" because they were allegedly pushing for her to be jailed for lying about the crash.

Lindsay claimed she wasn’t driving her Porsche during the accident, but several eyewitnesses insisted she was behind the wheel.

The Scary Movie 5 star is "terrified" of going back to jail because Judge Stephanie Sautner had warned her she would violate her current probation if she broke the law again.

She allegedly previously said: "One car accident could ruin everything for me."

LOSING ADVERTISING DEAL. Meanwhile, Lindsay is also set to lose a $500,000 advertising deal following her latest troubles.

The actress was in talks with clothing line Odaingerous to become its new spokesperson, but now the brand are thinking of pulling out of the lucrative deal as they don’t want to be associated with her.

A source told website "When Odaingerous first contacted Lindsay it seemed like a good fit because she was on the up-and-up. She had just signed to Liz & Dick and was supposed to have this great career comeback.

"But none of that happened, and now even her agents are hesitant that she won’t get her act together. Not only was Lindsay going to bank on this deal... $500,000 just for the campaign, but her people were negotiating extra for her to make any appearances.

"There was going to be an announcement soon about Lindsay being the face of the company, but they don’t exactly want their spokesperson to be in jail."
